Are you looking for a holiday house on Elba? As of this year, Helen and Orlando will be happy to help you, since they can now offer you a daily rental of a lovely guest room in a 130 sq. mt. apartment in Cavo.
The panoramic apartment at the top of via Ombria, located approximately 1 km. from the port and beach, has a large living/dining room, a kitchen and breakfast room, 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large balcony with sea view. There are no hide-away beds beds or extra cots available.
This two family villa, is partially surrounded by a luscious woodland garden which helps to guarantee pleasant temperatures even during some of the hottest summer days.
For those with a small car (Fiat Seicento) or scooter, there is a private parking space available next to the villa.
The bright interior is distinguished by its well-cared for furhishings, with leather couches, crystal tables, elegantly tiled bathrooms, paintings and lithographs by the well-known artist Graziella Battigalli.Graziella Battigalli.
The kitchen has a washing machine, an electric and gas stove top, a new refrigerator/freezer along with pots and pans, plates, dinnerware, glasses, etc. for meal preparation.
For the garden and balcony there are tables, umbrellas and chairs.
Since your comfort is our priority, despite such large and spacious rooms, the villa guest room is only available for two, non-smokers.
Remember that Cavo is the cloest town to the mainland, which can be reached in 15 minutes by Hovercraft or by ships to Rio Marina, just 7 km. away from Cavo.
